I've managed to collate, adapt & create many recipes over time, so I thought it only fair to share them with you.

I have some which I have written myself, but the majority of them are from other sources, I have linked the sources where needed.

I hope you enjoy them (as I gain more recipes, I will share them).

Bagels - I love making these, It was out of pure necessity as I usually have bagels for lunches and the local super market was out of them, so this recipe saved me, and they were lovely and easy to make

Chocolate Brownies - These by far are the most popular things I've ever made! Seriously though do not attempt to mix the eggs by hand you will be there for AGES!!!!

Carrot Cake - This is such a beautifully moist cake, this was a saviour as I could make it completely dairy free, which used to be essential for a time being, it's my little go to cake if I want something a bit different from time to time.

Devil's food cake - Such a devilish cake, so rich and moist and YUMMY! You can't beat this recipe from Nigella, I wouldn't/couldn't dream of improving it!

Honeycomb - Yes, sorry another Nigella recipe, I have to admit I do have a lilttle crush on her, mainly for her baking! This was such an easy and fun recipe to make, so I thought to share it (just don't eat too much of it in one go! It is mostly just sugar!)
